Job Description

DESCRIPTION

The AWS Global Video and Studios team is looking for a Video Producer to own high visibility video projects from intake to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall project pipeline; deciding when to use internal resources vs agencies and/or production companies. You will be responsible for setting budgets and schedules while making sure the creative delivers to the business objectives.

A successful candidate will have both strong creative sensibilities and knows the ins-and-outs of video production. You measure your projects’ effectiveness and are willing to propose changes in process and creativity to deliver the highest quality video work and then measure its success metrics. You will constantly be pushing the envelope both creatively and technically in the video world. You are a relationship builder who cares passionately about the customer experiences that we create in partnership with our internal customers. If you are a detail-oriented producer who wants to lead the execution of highly visible marketing and advertising videos, then we would like to hear from you.

Key job responsibilities
Work directly with internal business partners to scope, produce, and deliver projects on time and budget.

Work alongside internal and external creative directors to bring a creative vision to life.

Maintain up to minute reporting across all projects assigned.

About the team
The AWS Global Video and Studios team is an internal creative and production agency with physical studios and full-time crew. We provide world class creative while maintaining a frugal approach. It is not uncommon to work with both our internal team and external agencies. We see our external agencies as an extension of our team. As such, a producer's job becomes the glue that holds all the resources together in this fast paced production environment.
Diverse Experiences
AWS values diverse experiences. Even if you do not meet all of the qualifications and skills listed in the job description, we encourage candidates to apply. If your career is just starting, hasn’t followed a traditional path, or includes alternative experiences, don’t let it stop you from applying.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform.
