The C. Harper Auto Group has an opening for a Title Clerk located at our Buick / GMC location in Connellsville, PA. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process new and used vehicles for state registration
• Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles
• Verify accuracy in the applicable legal documents to ensure that all information is accurate and complete
• Organize and maintain a list of all outstanding title work
• To prepare transfer documents and enter accounting for dealer transfers.
• To maintain a system to verify out-of-state titles
• Follow up with any problem titles to assure issues are resolved
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and organized workspace
