Location: Remote some travel to Bristol

Role Type: 12 months - initially

Salary: potentially up to 24 an hour depending on experience



Overview:
Our leading global aerospace client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Consultant Advisor for their International Contingent Labour (Worker) Team, who is a highly organised and proactive individual. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the client's non-US contingent labour programme, supporting both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Working closely with the team lead, the successful candidate will help coordinate ongoing and upcoming projects, support compliance and onboarding processes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the hiring and onboarding of contingent workers, resolving queries and ensuring process consistency.
  • Maintain and update staffing records using systems such as Workday, Beeline CLRS, and associated compliance platforms.
  • Support onboarding-related tasks including security clearance, badge/IT provisioning, compliance forms, and background checks.
  • Act as a point of contact for non-US contingent workforce queries, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Attend cross-functional meetings with stakeholders in Talent Acquisition, Supply Chain, Security, IT, Finance, and Legal.
  • Contribute to process improvements, system testing (e.g. Beeline updates), and documentation updates.
  • Step in for the team lead during periods of absence, and assist with reporting and metric tracking.
  • Liaise with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) across regions to resolve onboarding, legal, and compliance-related matters.
  • Support project work related to global programme expansion and cost-efficiency frameworks.
  • Assist with internal and external networking to ensure the client remains aligned with contingent workforce best practices, including direct sourcing initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition or staffing/compliance-focused role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with Beeline and/or Workday platforms.
  • Prior experience supporting or managing a contingent workforce programme.

Additional Information:

  • While the role is fully remote, the successful candidate must be available to travel to the Bristol office to collect IT equipment and attend onboarding/training at the start of the assignment.
