**Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist**

**_The Ideal Candidate:_**

You’re an autonomous, results-obsessed recruiter-marketer hybrid who owns the funnel. “No hand-holding” excites you: you spin up ad accounts, craft outbound sequences, manually DM / email prospects, A/B test copy, retarget, and relentlessly optimize every click until qualified applicants flow. We supply the job post, questionnaires and templates; you supply the hands-on sourcing, cold-outreach hustle, traffic strategy, execution muscle and audit-ready proof of work.

**_Summary of the Role:_**

The Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist can earn up to ₱1,500 for every qualified applicant they bring from first click to initial interview. They are primarily responsible for:

1. **Traffic Generation & Funnel Ownership** – selecting and setting up your own paid/free sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, socials, niche communities, email, etc.), manually messaging & following up with candidates, and driving high-intent applicants into our ClickUp Application Form.
2. **Recruitment Stage Management** – shepherding each qualified applicant through our Recruitment Stages (ClickUp Application Form → Preliminary Questionnaire → Alignment Questionnaire → Video Intro → Personality Test → Zoom Interview), nudging unresponsive leads until they progress or self-select out, all within stated SLAs.
3. **Audit-Quality Communications** – capturing and delivering ≤ 10-minute screencasts showing the entire digital communication record per applicant and linking all Explicit Deliverables correctly in the ATS.

Collaboration with the Co-Founder & Key Internal Stakeholders (PST) happens via Slack and Zoom (cameras on, screen-share when needed). After alignment on hiring targets, you operate independently, iterate fast and surface insights proactively.

**_Compensation:_**

* **Flat-Rates:** Pay Per Recruitment Stage delivered
* **Flat-Rate Fee Schedule (PHP)**
* **ClickUp Application Form** – 100 (cumulative 100)
* **Preliminary Questionnaire** – 200 (cumulative 300)
* **Alignment Questionnaire** – 200 (cumulative 500)
* **Video Intro** – 200 (cumulative 700)
* **Zoom Interview** – 800 (cumulative 1,500)
* **Note:** You keep the cumulative total even if the applicant is rejected at that stage.
* Examples: rejected after Video Intro = PHP 700\. Completed Zoom Interview (pass or fail) = PHP 1,500\. Once invoiced for a candidate, no further payments are available for them. 
* **No Benefits:** This is an independent contractor role; therefore, no additional benefits are provided.
* **Paid Traffic:** If you pursue traffic/ad spend comes out of your own pocket; the flat rate is your sole compensation.

**_Key Responsibilities:_**

* **Launch & Optimize Traffic Sources**
* Create and pursue for your own job-board listings, LinkedIn campaigns, cold-email / DM cadences, personalized InMails, referral drives, and community posts.
* Experiment, measure and double-down on the best-converting channels—without waiting for guidance.
* **Deliver Qualified Applicants:** Deliver applicants aligned with Pet Awesomes's unique hiring needs by utilizing provided resources, templates and questionnaires to ensure Qualified Applicant Standards and Explicit Expectations per Recruitment Stage**.**
* **Deliver Audit-Ready Records:**
* Record ≤ 10-min screencast per candidate showing 100 % of digital comms.
* Link Explicit Deliverables such as: resumes, questionnaires, videos and screencasts, etc. correctly in the ATS.

**_Key Responsibilities:_**

* _Mandatory:_
* **2+ Years of Recruiting & Sourcing Experience:** You must have at least two years of hands-on experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with a proven ability to find and attract high-quality candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media. You should be comfortable crafting outreach messages, managing job posts, and using your presence to build interest and drive applications
* **Presentation & Background:** Ensure polished camera facing professional appearance.
* **Recording:** Must be capable of recording yourself and others, with their consent.
* **LinkedIn Network Depth**: Public profile shows a visible first-degree connection count of ≥ 500.
