Responsibilities:
Dive in and work one-on-one with clients, bringing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs to life!
Be a data whiz! Assist in data collection, progress tracking, and documentation to celebrate every milestone!
Learn and grow under the expert guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)!
Unleash the power of positive reinforcement to help clients build essential life skills, communication, social interactions, and independence!
Bring your best self every day! Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality in all client interactions.
Requirements:
Hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or be ready to obtain one within 60 days of joining our team!
Have a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is even better!).
Experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities? That's a plus!
Bring your awesome communication, patience, and problem-solving skills to the table!
Thrive in a team environment and love receiving constructive feedback? You're in the right place!
Be able to work independently under the direction of a BCBA/BCaBA!
Pass a state background and abuse registry check – we're all about safety and integrity!
You MUST have daytime and evening availability with typical sessions occurring between the hours of 8:30am and commencing by 6:30pm.
