We are currently seeking a QA Tester (Property and Casualty Insurance background) to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled QA Tester with a strong background in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing, SQL, and database management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of testing experience.
• Must have a background in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Good to have knowledge of policy, claims, and billing processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and end-to-end (E2E) testing.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) cycle.
• Proficient in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing of software applications, including end-to-end (E2E) testing.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Utilize SQL and database expertise to validate data integrity and accuracy.
• Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure quality standards are met.
• Document and report defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
