Overview:
We are seeking an IT Systems Management Analyst with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience to support and manage Citrix environments and Windows Server infrastructure. This role involves basic to intermediate tasks across Citrix components including Virtual Apps, NetScalers, and Provisioning Services (PVS), as well as Windows Server maintenance and troubleshooting.

Position: 6-Month Contract (Full-Time, Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Support and manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (version 2203 and newer)

• Create and publish applications within Citrix

• Perform general troubleshooting of Citrix environments

• Configure and troubleshoot Citrix NetScalers (including VIP setup)

• Manage Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS), including version-based image handling

• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016 and newer

• Apply patches and security updates to Windows Server infrastructure

Requirement Qualifications:

• 2 4 years of relevant experience in systems or infrastructure support

• Entry-level to intermediate experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops

• Familiarity with publishing applications and Citrix VIP configurations

• Basic understanding of Citrix PVS and image management

• Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016+ (patching and troubleshooting)

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Candidate Details:

• Ideal for candidates with a foundational to mid-level understanding of Citrix and Windows Server environments

• Strong communication and independent troubleshooting capabilities required
