Holly's Professional Cleaning is looking for EXPERIENCED Commercial Cleaners out of our Ellsworth office to start immediately. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable. Sound like you? We are offering a $1,000 sign on bonus!

This position is for commercial cleaning. We are looking for EXPERIENCED commercial cleaners who are available Wednesday through Monday for early morning and/or late night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, scrub, mop and vacuum floors
• General Commercial Cleaning
• Clean carpets, rugs and upholstery as needed
• Strip/Finish/Burnish commercial flooring
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated area
• Maintain health and sanitary requirements

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven professional commercial cleaning experience
• Ability to manage time effectively to ensure completion of tasks
• Expert knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and procedure
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under little to no supervision
• Ability to work solo and as a team
• Valid driver license with no major traffic violations (ie OUI, Driving to Endanger, Suspensions etc.)
• Reliable Transportation (vehicle insurance and valid registration and inspection sticker required)
