Job Summary

Lead the culinary vision at FedEx Forum!

As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, menu innovation, and staff development. You will maintain cost efficiency, uphold food safety standards, and create an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative menus while maintaining food cost efficiency
  • Oversee food preparation, quality control, and presentation standards
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to enhance performance and teamwork
  • Manage inventory, vendor relations, and food purchasing
  • Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless dining experience
  • Maintain financial accountability through cost control and budgeting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
  • Experience with menu development, food costing, and inventory management
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a diverse culinary team
