Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that support nonprofit clients and charitable initiatives

• Promote community events, fundraising drives , and social impact campaigns

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging content and promotional materials

• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis specific to the nonprofit and cause-marketing space

• Support event logistics , including promotional material distribution and setup at charity events

• Help maintain consistent, mission-focused messaging across all campaign channels

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Passion for nonprofit work, social causes, or community development

• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently

• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, impact-driven environment

• Experience in customer service, event coordination, or sales is a plus but not required

• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
