JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Manager to oversee our cybersecurity governance framework, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen security measures across IT systems and cloud environments. This role involves conducting audits, managing risk, and advising stakeholders on security strategies while promoting ethical cybersecurity practices throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Governance & Compliance: Establish and manage cybersecurity policies aligned with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST , ensuring adherence to industry and healthcare regulations.
- Risk & Incident Management: Identify, mitigate, and respond to cybersecurity threats while maintaining a risk register and documenting remediation actions.
- Audits & Reporting: Conduct internal audits across IT systems, clinical operations, and third-party vendors, providing reports to executives on security posture.
- Cloud Security & Threat Intelligence: Implement security best practices for AWS, Azure, and GCP , focusing on monitoring, prevention, and analytics.
- Security Strategy & Stakeholder Collaboration: Advise leadership on security controls, risk management, and compliance while working with cross-functional teams to maintain ethical security standards.
- Policy Development & Implementation: Define security roles and responsibilities, align policies with global standards, and ensure continuous updates in response to evolving cybersecurity threats.
- Training & Awareness Programs: Develop and deliver cybersecurity training across the organization to improve security awareness and compliance.
- Incident Response & Forensics: Ensure effective monitoring, threat detection, and response capabilities for 24/7 security incident management.
Experience: - 5+ years in cybersecurity governance, audits, risk management, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with security tools, risk mitigation strategies, and incident response frameworks .
- Proficiency with GRC platforms, security controls, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST frameworks .
- Strong background in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)and enterprise security enforcement.
- Ability to manage audits, drive security strategies, and communicate risk findings to executive leadership.
