Getting to Know Ajaib
We’ve been experiencing hyper-growth the past year, becoming Indonesia's 7th Unicorn Startup and the first Investment Fintech Unicorn in South East Asia 2,5 years after Ajaib first launched. With the global financial technology market expected to grow gradually, we aim to make stock trading accessible for millennials through our mobile-first approach. In 2022, we opened our new head office in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building, and we’re just getting started!

Job Description
Responsible for executing day-to-day transaction reporting and journals, including but not limited to inbound/outbound fiat transactions and crypto assets transactions.
Handle day-to-day operations, including but not limited to OTC block trades, fulfilling regulatory requirements, etc.
Strong ability to solve real-time, abrupt problems by liaising with and/or escalating to multiple parties internally and externally.
Strong collaboration, communication, and interaction with different teams, especially the Treasury and Finance team
Very flexible with the capability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines to facilitate well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization.
Ensure day-to-day Crypto FinOps run smoothly by escalating any potential issues to the leader
Develop, update, and monitor Treasury operational policies
Research transaction flow and settlement processes on new products or services
Manage payment requests through various financial institutions to ensure adherence to the company’s policies
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, or other relevant majors
1-3 years of experience in Finance Operations.
Fully understand Finance Operations systems, cash, and process flows
Experienced in using Back Office systems widely used in the stock brokerage or banking industry
Strong passion for Fintech, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology
Working experience in banking, finance, internet and/or the crypto industry preferred
Experienced in a fast-growing, fast-paced organization with constrained resources and a distributed professional workforce
Experience leading and managing teams in a professional capacity
