Job Description

We are looking for Commercial Cleaners to take care of our building and carry out basic office cleaning. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities

Keeping janitorial closet clean and organized
Empty waste receptacles and replace soiled/damaged liners.
Vacuum carpeted areas and remove spots.
Dust horizontal and vertical surfaces
Perform restroom maintenance/cleaning.
Sweep and damp mopping hard surface floors.
Replenish restroom supplies.
Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and personnel policies, requirements, and regulations.
Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least two years of commercial janitorial experience
Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid work permit or be a U.S. citizen
Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
Have physical ability to perform all aspects of job duties
Detail oriented and values quality workmanship
Have reliable transportation.
Must pass background and drug test.
