Our client is seeking to hire a Chief of Staff to provide support across both personal and business domains. This is a unique opportunity for an organized, proactive, and discreet professional who thrives on juggling diverse workstreams.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, and manage household staff and service providers (e.g., nannies, chefs, cleaners, drivers)
Oversee household operations and vendor performance
Handle all aspects of personal travel including research, bookings, itineraries, and visas
Organize and manage logistics for monthly household events
Prepare materials for business meetings and ensure the principal is fully briefed
Hire and train business support staff as needed
Manage special projects
Maintain oversight of philanthropic initiatives, including grant tracking
Attend weekly in-person strategy meeting with the principal
Qualifications:
Experience planning and executing high-end events
Fluency or proficiency in German is a strong plus
7+ years of prior experience in chief of staff, operations, or executive support roles
MUST have flexibility to travel monthly
Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year
