Job Description

• Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the office of the CEO, ensuring smooth operations and communication flow
  • Coordinate and prioritize activities, projects, and meetings for the executive team
  • Act as a key liaison between senior management, employees, and external stakeholders
  • Provide strategic support and guidance on company initiatives and special projects
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Desired Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience supporting C-level executives or working in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Salary & Benefits:
  • Contract position with an annual salary of $80,000 - $100,000 USD
