Mike Anderson Chevrolet of Merrillville, a 10X GM Dealer of the Year award winner, is seeking an Automotive Biller/title clerk to come be a part of an efficient team. This position handles all facets of billing of vehicle deals including printing of contracts, motor vehicle paperwork and packaging of the deal for delivery to the consumer. Starting pay is commensurate with experience, but this is a great opportunity for someone in the automotive industry looking for a new opportunity.

Hours: Monday - Friday

TITLE CLERK DUTIES:

• Ensures proper billing of all vehicles sold from calculating profits, set up receivables/liabilities and calculates sales commissions
• Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and product submissions
• Process payments to floor plan institutions
• Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process
• Performing incentives
• Other duties assigned

TITLE CLERK REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous Automotive Billing experience preferred, but will train.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hours: Monday - Friday
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screening
• Clear and valid driver's license is required
