Job Description

Join our family-owned and operated company as a full time Automotive Technician. If you have a knack for understanding automotive parts and enjoy working independently towards defined targets, this role is perfect for you. We offer a flexible 8-hour workday, comprehensive on-the-job training, and a rewarding compensation plan. Your primary role will be to dismantle vehicles to fulfill orders for used parts, contributing to our mission of providing quality used parts to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle vehicles to fulfill parts orders
• Work independently to meet defined target goals
• Collaborate with team members to meet company objectives
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications/Expectations

• Experience in a similar role is a plus but not necessary
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Secure the proper tool types to complete outlined job duties by the time you begin employment

Compensation

We offer a stable training rate (90 days max) after which employees switch to our commission plan that is built to reward the motivated worker. $30/hour potential based on experience and performance (over $60,000/year)
